Ruth Kadiri And Stephen Odimgbe Are Just A Satisfying Duo To Watch

They remind me of the chaos that was Nkem Owoh and Rita Nzelu/Patience Ozokwo. They are so funny together and have that chemistry: that je ne sais quoi. 

This movie was so funny, I laughed a lot and enjoyed the fact that it was a Nigerian Pidgin movie. We need more of those.

Plot

Josh is a whore who manipulates Inem into falling in love with him so they have sex. Afterwards, he becomes cold and wicked toward her until she discovers she is pregnant. Inem enlists the help of a customer, the wife of a Soldier, and they force Josh to take responsibility. Inem moves in with Josh and essentially gives him the “Diary of a Mad Black Woman” treatment until he falls ill and needs her care.

Josh softens towards her, but when he says he can only co-parent and is not ready for marriage, Inem leaves. However, her absence makes Josh’s heart grow fonder. You’ll have to find out the rest! (Press Play and watch)
