It all started from Season 3 when Mohammed made his first appearance in episode 3 after Mummy Tiwa told Shalewa to fake a faint.

In episode 4, she declared him her boyfriend and future husband despite him not even asking her out yet.

Then in season 4 we find out that they’re in a relationship.
