This is a movie I strongly recommend to be watched. It was directed by Tchidi Chikere and starring Nkem Owoh, Funke Akindele, Ihuoma Nnadi, Mike Godson, Abraham Nwodo and Clems Onyeka.
It is a story about the betrayal of love. It was a story about Thomas (Nkem Owoh) and his wife (Funke Akindele). Thomas wanting a better life for his family goes to the city in search of greener pastures. Whilst there he always made sure he showed his wife how much he loved her, by buying whatever she asked of him. However unknown to him, his wife was very promiscuous and kept three steady boyfriends (Clems Onyeka, Abraham Nwodo and Mike Godson), whom she spent all the money he sent on. Even his widowed sister (Ihuoma Nnadi), tried her possible best to stop his wife but failed.
Luckily for Thomas, he helps a wealthy man (Solomon Akiyesi) from choking to death whilst having his meal in the hotel’s restaurant and from there on marked the end of poverty in his life. Fortunately for him as well, his sister was also able to find a way to reach him and inform him of his wife’s activities in his absence.
What did Thomas do when he found out his beloved wife was a cheat? He pretended to be blind. He came back home blind with only his sister being aware of his act. Throughout the time he was “blind”, he saw firsthand his wife cheating on him to which made for an interesting and funny movie.
You guys need to watch this movie. Loved it and I’ve watched it four times now. So worth it.
